Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf to help us provide the hosted service. This page lists the subprocessors we use, what they process, and where. It applies to the hosted service. A BYOC deployment runs in your own AWS account and stores your event data there; the only data we process for a BYOC deployment is the licence record and the check-in telemetry described in our privacy policy.

Current subprocessors

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Purpose. Hosting and event infrastructure for the hosted service: compute, storage and the analytics plane.

Data processed. Account data, event metadata and payloads, request logs.

Location. United States

Cloudflare

Purpose. Edge network, and storage for access and BYOC request records, licence records and BYOC check-in telemetry.

Data processed. Request-form details, licence records, BYOC check-in telemetry.

Location. Global edge; United States

Model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic)

Purpose. Optional. Only when you enable semantic analysis, the configured content is sent to the provider you choose for classification. Gateway proxying sends your own traffic to whichever provider you already call.

Data processed. Only the content you route or configure for analysis.

Location. United States

Changes to this list

We keep this page current. Before we add a new subprocessor that processes your personal data, or replace one, we will update this page. If you have a signed data processing addendum with us that includes notice of changes, we will notify you as it requires, and you may object on reasonable grounds related to data protection.
